Undeliverable & Lost PackagesIf the package cannot be delivered normally due to incorrect delivery address, unanswered phone or customer refusal to sign for it, the package will be returned to our warehouse, and the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. For lost packages confirmed by the logistics provider, we will arrange a reshipment or full refund for you after verification.
