Francene (Brand: FrancenePet) operates the online store located at francenepet.shop. All transactions, billing, payments and financial arrangements between FrancenePet and customers shall be governed by the following billing terms and conditions.

  1. Currency & Pricing

    All prices displayed on francenepet.shop are quoted in United States Dollars (USD). All applicable taxes, shipping fees and additional service charges will be clearly displayed at checkout. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed and paid for.

  2. Payment Methods

    We accept mainstream online payment methods supported by Shopify. Customers authorize FrancenePet to charge the selected payment method for the total order amount upon order submission. All payments must be completed before we proceed with order processing and shipment.

  3. Billing Accuracy

    Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing information, including billing name, address and contact details. FrancenePet is not liable for delivery failures, payment disputes or additional fees caused by incorrect billing information provided by customers. If you find any errors in your billing statement, please contact us promptly to resolve the issue.

  4. Late Payment & Order Cancellation

    Unpaid orders will be automatically canceled within the time limit specified by our system. FrancenePet reserves the right to refuse service or cancel pending orders for abnormal payment behavior, fraudulent transactions or incomplete payment.

  5. Invoice

    Upon successful payment, customers may request a commercial invoice by contacting our customer service. Invoices will be issued in accordance with actual transaction amounts and local U.S. commercial regulations.
