Refund policy

This Return and Refund Policy applies to all products purchased from FrancenePet via francenepet.shop, complying with U.S. consumer protection laws. Please read the following terms carefully before placing an order.

  1. Return Eligibility & Time Limit

    Customers may apply for returns or exchanges within 30 calendar days from the date you receive the goods. To be eligible for return, all products must be unused, unwashed, intact with original packaging, tags and accessories, and kept in resalable condition. Clearance items, personalized custom products and perishable goods are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  2. Return Process

    Before returning goods, you must contact our customer service to obtain an official return authorization (RA) number. Goods returned without an RA number will not be accepted. Please pack the products properly and send them back to the address designated by us. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is caused by our errors (wrong item, defective product).

  3. Refund Rules

    After we receive and inspect the returned goods and confirm they meet return requirements, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. The refund amount includes the product price; original shipping fees are non-refundable unless we deliver incorrect or defective products.

  4. Defective & Wrong Items

    If you receive damaged, defective products or items that do not match your order, please contact us within 7 days after receiving the package and provide photos or videos as proof. We will arrange free return, exchange or full refund, and bear the corresponding shipping costs.

  5. Rejected Returns

    We reserve the right to reject returns if the products are damaged, worn, missing accessories or original packaging, or exceed the return time limit. We will send the rejected goods back to you, and you need to bear the relevant shipping fees.
